Dodge Powertrain Warranty

The Dodge Powertrain Warranty will help keep your car or SUV running smoothly for five years or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first. The warranty is even transferable, so if someone else takes on your vehicle during this coverage period, they’ll enjoy whatever is left of the warranty. The Dodge factory warranty covers the following things:

Dodge Powertrain Warranty Coverage

• Parts and labor costs required to complete repairs to any component covered by the warranty.
• Necessary towing services to the nearest certified Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Wagoneer dealership.

Gas Engine Coverage

• Cylinder block, intake and exhaust manifolds, oil and water pump, and the supercharger.

Drive Systems Coverage

• Front-wheel drive, all-wheel drive, rear-wheel drive, and four-wheel drive.

Transmission Coverage

• Transmission case, torque converter, pressure and speed sensors, and the transmission range switch.

Dodge Basic Limited Warranty

The Dodge Basic Limited Warranty offers 3 years or 36,000 miles of coverage, whichever comes first. Colloquially referred to as a bumper-to-bumper warranty, a basic limited warranty covers the body to the electrical system against failure. With this warranty, you also receive coverage for necessary services, and the warranty is also transferable.

Dodge Extended Warranty

Along with the powertrain and basic warranties, you also have the option to add Dodge Extended Warranty benefits, sometimes referred to as the Dodge Lifetime Warranty or the Mopar® Vehicle Protection. For smooth rides on Westbury streets, you can extend your warranty in a few different ways depending on the Dodge vehicle you purchase. From 8 years and 125,000 miles to 12 years and 160,000 miles. You may even be eligible for the Dodge Lifetime Warranty that will cover 5,000 components on your Dodge for as long as you have the vehicle.
