I brought my 2021 Chrysler Pacifica and because the transmission was acting up. The car was dropped off on a Monday. On Thursday the dealership calls me up and tells me that the technician cannot find a problem with my transmission and wants me to come in and duplicate the problems on the transmission. If this technician cannot identify a problem transmission why is he employed at a dealership. I have to give this 1 star to write the review this is the worst dealer. I purchased a jeep grand cherokee summitt reserve and brand new over 77,000 purchase price. Noticed in my driveway a few days later that there was a plug in the drivers side front tire. The people in reception at 42-05 12th street are the rudest most incompetent people I’ve ever seen in costumer service. Cutting me off mid sentence, not listening, putting me on hold indefinitely multiple times. Complete and total nightmare.
This place is borderline criminal. Avoid at all costs. They overcharged me for 4 new brakes but only installed 2 of them. Found out a few months later when the car was inspected and had a tire rotation elsewhere.
I got a car from them 3 years ago now my lease is up and they wont take my lease return back, hung up on me at least 10 times.. i hope they go out of business with this type of customer service!!!

Every time I take my car in for service, I am always reminded of why I have to go to a Jeep service center that is further from my home than Major World. I dealt with a service “manager” named John. Because of him I refuse to return to Major World. He was unprofessional, displayed zero customer service, and apparently runs a disorganized office. There are some rude people are working in this dealership. An associate worked with us to get a deal on Grand Cherokee. But the General Manager Isaac was supper rude and run my credit without my consent. Even though I informed the associate to not run my credit if the numbers are not double, but they did not care. The manager was literally yelling at my pregnant wife and myself that he cannot make deal with the numbers they gave us. I would never go to this place again. I will escalate the issue very seriously.

I own a 2016 Dodge Charger purchased at Major Chrysler/Dodge. Took it for oil change and inspection and had no problems with the service Dept. I went in and spoke to Agi, and he had one of his employees take care of me and my car and had zero issues. I have bought several New cars thru Major and have traded them back for upgrades and have never been treated unfairly.
Doing business with this company is a disgrace. There is a Financial guy Kenny or so, who is a champion in very poor service and he doesn't know how to try a client.
This is a place where they lure in people with promises of getting them the best deal. It’s a scam! Buyer beware! The sales managers are awful at helping customers. There are no amenities such as a waiting room, a snack bar or even clean bathrooms, which is a common practice at other respectable dealerships. They are running a makeshift under their run-down building.

We leased a 2016 Jeep Compass. we were supposed to receive free oil changes and tire rotation for the duration of our lease at ANY authorized Jeep dealer. We have moved to out of state and to this day haven’t resolved this issue with this dealership. Currently still having to pay for service even though the dealership states it’s been resolved. But Beware !!!
They did everything possible to get the perfect vehicle for me. They did not have the vehicle I wanted. They went through hoops to get the right color and style.
Everything was smooth. Excellent communication from sales manager Issac. Five star service from top to bottom. I would recommend this dealership to friends and colleagues without hesitation.

Wonderful experience. This is my first Jeep and they made it easy for me, Gary was so helpful and he did a very good job.
A lot of illegal activities occur at this service department. The manager does not care about customers or employees. He curses at his employees in front of children. He screamed at me for asking him a question while he was on the phone with his girlfriend. This place is a mess under his management. A shame they would hire someone like that.
First and for most...the only way you get good service here is if u don't have a warranty...once u have a warranty ..u come in with a problem and nothing is ever fixed properly..mangement or who ever that guy is in the office the oldest one there has a bad attitude...you make an appointment ???might as well just walk in...plan to spend more than 6 hours and better...I'm going to trade in my 🚗 just so I don't have to come back here..
This is our first Jeep. Christopher was very helpful with all aspects of the lease process. He gave me updates during the entire process and did everything as expected in terms of colors, payments, and warranties. He was quite accommodating, in fact, we changed colors on the Jeep last minute while the original one was already prepped awaiting for our pick up. Additionally, Ken in finance was very helpful and we didn't feel pressured on the up-sells. He was well prepared and the signing process was simple and quick.

Vehicle not available after a two hours drive and same day call confirmation! Agreed a deal by email with manager, Val, and Deal not respected after starting signing the paper, another manager came up saying that he will not honor that deal. We cant do business if there is no trust between the customer and the dealer. Find another option!! You cannot trust them!!

Don't go there. They would not show you the window sticker even you asked multiple times and the finance guy would give you a price more than the MSRP. They also pretended that they were doing the credit check but in reality they just showed you some random (overpriced) figures. Our sales person could not even tell us the overall price of the car we just saw UNTIL WE PAID THE DEPOSIT. It's ridiculous.

I brought a new Charger Scat Pack from Major World the second week of March. Saying it was a nightmare would be an understatement. Few weeks ago I went there to buy a truck and I've learned very fast that this is not the place to do it - startting price way more than on the Chrysler website -loan interest way higher than anywhere else - salesman(Marco) arrogant and not truthful I've end up buying the same vehicle somewhere else $4,000 cheaper

First, let me say that he is super friendly and nice. You don't get that many people who have a down-to-earth, humane, cares about you as a person, type of thing going on. Me and my boyfriend are new to purchasing a car, we have gone to others but they were all mainly sleazy and greedy for money. Tried to purchase a Scat Pack and I was told it is selling for 10k over sticker. Turned around and walked. I don't know if they should be faulted for this or if the fault belongs to the people that actually pay for it... I ordered mine at Westbury Dodge for just about invoice pricing.
